LXAARA REFUND POLICY

7-Day Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery so you can try the Lxaara Toddler Safety Bag and ensure it meets your expectations.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

  • Unused or minimally used
  • In its original condition
  • With all original packaging intact

Returns requested after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.


Order Cancellations

Order cancellations are only possible before the product is shipped.

Once your order has been:

  • Processed
  • Assigned a tracking number
  • Dispatched by our logistics team

…it can no longer be canceled.

If canceled before shipment, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.


Damaged or Defective Products

We take product quality seriously.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Your email must include:

  • Clear photos of the product
  • Description of the issue

After verification, we will offer:

  • Replacement or
  • Refund (based on case evaluation)

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Wait for approval and return instructions
  3. Ship the product back as instructed

⚠️ Note: Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the issue is due to our error (damaged/wrong item).


Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

For a different item:

  • Request a return (within 7 days)
  • Once approved, place a new order separately

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Amount will be credited to your original payment method
